Turns out the replacement mechanism has not been in use for years & no longer is available in the U.S. Ryan found a model close to the kind I have in the U.K. & manufactured it to fit my gate! The shipping process took some time, but he kept in touch. He quoted me a price when we first discussed the job. Even though he ended up having to order three different locks & put in triple the work hours anticipated, Ryan honored the original quoted price!
